Welcome to BizTech!
I would lyk to look back to the day when I tapped the World of Future Managers ..
June 22nd :: The day when I stepped into my B-School as a ‘future manager’. I got to see one of the best on the dias addressing us. Interesting to see IPE Alumni (Rana, if I remember it ryt) as face of entire TCS campus pulse. Trying to follow many principles addressed by Mr.Srikanth Surampudi, TCS HR Head. One among them is ‘Integrity: will we stop our vehicle at 12am for red signal?’ Others being attitude, commitment etc., Trying to “Live the values”
The first week at IPE has been quite interesting. I admired at the diversity of my class : Few people from HR, Business Development, Hotel mgmt and from different backgrounds say: Pharma, Engineering, Bio-tech, Commerce, Hospitality, Event mgmt etc., with max expy – 5yrs.
Now I’m damn sure that I am working with experts for maximum business success !
From then, things rolled out very fast: Freshers Day (those 3 days were really memorable), sports day, interactions with seniors, bulk of assignments.. B-Plans, Team tasks as a part of them really made us empowering. Now, the bell has rung for 9 samathi’s (an intra college competition) which, I should say is a unique opportunity for all juniors to participate and get max exposure to the corporate world.
